Typically most athletes get a significant bump in fitness when doing concentrated periods of training. As most age group athletes are limited in time available to train due to work, family and other commitments, very often the best way to focus exclusively on training is to attend a Camp. Endurance Sports Canada is owned and run by Shaun Callaghan and his team have put on in excess of 15 camps over the last 5 years, earning an excellent reputation for well run events. Attendees range from novices as they prepare for their first triathlon to preparing high performance athletes for world championship events.

For 2013 the following three camps will be running:

The ever popular Spring Training Camp will run from 10th to 13th May with Olympian and World Champion Samantha McGlone joining as special guest this year.

In addition this year there will be both an Ironman Canada Camp on the new course in Whistler,  as well as a Challenge Canada Camp in Penticton. For details on the camps please visit Endurance Sports Canada.
